Cancellation & No Show Policy

We require 24 hours notice for any changes to an appointment (rescheduling, or cancelling). Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Same-day cancellations and appointments that are missed will be charged the full appointment fee. 

Fees can be paid by e-transfer, paid online by credit card, or in person. Payments need to be made within the week of incurring the fee. All fees must be paid prior to rescheduling. 

Late arrivals will receive the amount of time that is remaining for the scheduled appointment. Clients who are 15 minutes late (unless previously discussed) are considered a no show and the appointment will be cancelled resulting in a fee placed on the account. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment within the 24 hour period, please notify us by phone (voicemail) and email, as online cancellation is deactivated at the 24 hour mark – fees will apply. Notifying us as soon as possible gives our clinic time to notify the therapist. 

When an appointment is missed or cancelled last minute it has a direct impact on our therapists. These polices are necessary for our small business to continue to operate. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued business.
